There is no downtown branch, no Summerlin chair, and no second suite under a Las Vegas address. Dr. Ehrmantrout sees every patient at the Eastern Avenue office, from the first scan through the last retainer check.

From the east side of Las Vegas, Eastern Avenue itself runs to the office. From the west and south, patients typically take the 215 to Eastern, then a short jog to Suite 103.
