Where can I find the new patient forms?
You can access our secure, HIPAA-compliant online patient forms directly through the Patient Forms section of this website. We encourage you to complete them before your first visit to save time in our waiting room.
What should I do if my retainer breaks?
If your retainer becomes cracked, warped, or no longer fits properly, please contact our Las Vegas office immediately. Do not try to adjust or repair a damaged retainer yourself. Going too long without a fitting retainer can cause your teeth to shift, so we will schedule you for an appointment to have a replacement made as quickly as possible.
How do I handle a loose wire or bracket at home?
If a wire or band comes loose, please contact our office as soon as possible so we can check and repair your appliance. You can temporarily fix a loose wire by using the back of a spoon or the eraser end of a pencil to carefully and gently push the wire back into place. If it is causing irritation, put orthodontic wax or a wet cotton ball over the broken wire to relieve the pain until you can see us.
