Dr. Ehrmantrout earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington in 2000, graduating magna cum laude and earning membership in Phi Beta Kappa — one of the most prestigious academic honor societies in the United States.
After being accepted into the University of Washington School of Dentistry — one of the premier dental schools in the nation — Dr. Ehrmantrout graduated near the top of his class, demonstrating the same precision and dedication he brings to every patient today.
Dr. Ehrmantrout completed his specialized orthodontic training at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, where he trained under nationally recognized leaders in the field and mastered the latest advances in orthodontic technology and treatment.
Since opening his Las Vegas practice in 2007, Dr. Ehrmantrout has served as the sole provider for every patient — personally designing, monitoring, and completing over 9,000 orthodontic cases for children, teens, and adults across the Las Vegas community.

Originally from Olympia, Washington, Dr. Ehrmantrout’s path to orthodontics was defined by academic distinction. After graduating from Capital High School in 1996, he attended the University of Washington, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in 2000, graduating magna cum laude. His dedication to excellence earned him memberships in several prestigious organizations, including Phi Beta Kappa, the Golden Key International Honour Society, and the Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society.
Driven by a passion for healthcare and precision, he was accepted into the University of Washington School of Dentistry, widely recognized as one of the premier dental institutions in the United States. He graduated near the top of his class in 2004, laying a flawless foundation for his specialized orthodontic training.
To master the art and science of moving teeth, Dr. Ehrmantrout completed his rigorous orthodontic residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. There, he trained directly under some of the most respected leaders in the orthodontic profession, gaining exceptional proficiency in the latest technological advancements and treatment methodologies.
In 2007, Dr. Ehrmantrout opened his solo private practice. Since that day, he has served as the sole provider for his patients, ensuring that every single treatment plan is designed, monitored, and completed by him personally. Over the course of his career, he has successfully started and completed more than 9,000 orthodontic cases, transforming smiles for children, teens, and adults alike.
