After graduating from Capital High School in 1996, he attended the University of Washington, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in 2000, graduating magna cum laude. His dedication to excellence earned him memberships in several prestigious organizations, including Phi Beta Kappa, the Golden Key International Honour Society, and the Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society.
Driven by a passion for healthcare and precision, he was accepted into the University of Washington School of Dentistry, widely recognized as one of the premier dental institutions in the United States. He graduated near the top of his class in 2004, laying a flawless foundation for his specialized orthodontic training.

In 2007, Dr. Ehrmantrout opened his solo private practice.
